Room Appointment Subject Replaced With Author

Good Afternoon All,&nbsp;I am faced with a problem where I create an appointment for a room that has been created on the 365 tenant. The issue in hand is the subject of the appointment gets replaced with the author. Is there a way to prevent this happening so when viewing the room, that it will stay displayed as the subject.&nbsp;Any suggestions or solutions would be much appreciated!&nbsp;ThanksRyan
