Room & Equipment (Mailbox - Exchange GAL) Utilization Report available?
Anyone know if you can generate a report or download data relating the number of Annual Room & Equipment bookings and total hours?
I am helping a non-profit set-up their conference rooms and equipment resources such that they can reserve via Outlook however, they have reporting requirements and need to know the number of times the rooms had been schedule as well as total duration in a given year or quarter.
Is there any way to download a CSV file or something similar that will provide this report (without major custom development)?
- There's nothing built-in, but you can generate such a report via some EWS or Graph API code. Look up some sample scripts online if you dont want to create your own.
