Resource Mailbox

Hi All
i am new to exchange, i have Room Mailbox by name Room-5thFloor and this room mailbox has a booking delegate.

One of my user has sent a Booking request,the user got the the below email

 

The in-policy resource request was forwarded to you for your approval
Received for Room-5thFloor


We could not find this meeting in the calendar, it may have been moved or deleted.
When Friday, April 05 2019 Location: Room-5thFloor

What does the below line mean

    Probably someone has write access to that calendar and deleted the meeting. Check calendar permissions. Nobody should have write access.
