Really weird Outlook issue
When someone in my office types one letter into the to: cc: bcc: box, it will fill out an entire email address. It doesn't give him the option to pick from the list, it just picks the first one and fills it in the box.
Is there any way to fix this?

Any other ideas? This one has really got me stumped.
Do they have the new list with 5 names and the icons or the old single line list? Is everyone affected or just some users? Are you using an GPO that applies to autocomplete or contacts? What build of Outlook are you using?
I haven't seen this behavior yet, but know some registry keys can mess autocomplete up. The key to restore the legacy GAL behavior (show the email properties dialog or contact when you double click on an address) blocked the autocomplete list from showing in some builds. The key to not include the recipient cache in instant search results clears the new list.

Have you tried repairing Microsoft Office? How about connecting another keyboard to the same PC?

Tried both, still does it.
