No message trace is displaying the mail deliver information to one of the recipient but another recipient did not received the same mail need to know why it is not delivered

No message trace is displaying the mail deliver information to one of the recipient but another recipient did not received the same mail need to know why it is not delivered
Meaning why the email is sent out to only one of the mail recipient and another recipient marked with same email is lying at quarantine even we did not released email manually
