Problem with outlook

Hello,

 

I'm trying to share a calendar with someone. I need this person to be able to modify it but the only choice I have is: Show when I'm busy. Someone know what the problem is?

    Is the person external to the organization? If so, that's the expected behavior. If not, try detailing the exact steps you are using.

      Hello, she is definitely in the organization. I go into my calendar, click on Share Calendar, pick my calendar, add the person. The only option that appears is: see when I'm busy. I have the other options with the others just not with her.
