Prevent User from deleting Sign-in Method
Is there a a way to prevent user from deleting their Sign-in method like phone?. I am enforcing MFA on my organization and I don't want users bypassing multi-factor auth. Do I need to upgrade my subscription to be able to do that?.
- Deleting a method does not allow users to bypass MFA, they will be prompted to enter methods again or the login will failed. In any case, there's no option to prevent deleting a method, all you can do is block specific methods from being used.

As long as your conditional access policy or MFA is enabled, user will have to set this up again to be able to successfully sign in and access company resources.
