Prevent online registration

Hi!

Is there a way the we can assign a licence (for example one drive for business plan 1 or exchange online plan 1) to a user, but prevent that the user can login at office.com?

Smoleff yes, you can do this with conditional access. Although that would also need an Azure AD Premium license, either directly or as part of EMS, M365 Business etc.
