Powershell to Generate App Passwords
I want to be able to generate App Passwords quickly for my own account. Is there a Powershell method (cmd or script) that will make this possible? If it's not possible....Is there an Azure Service or solution that will enable me to accomplish this faster than the steps it takes to do so via the account settings?

Nope. The only way is via the portal. And you should really be avoiding the use of app passwords, they are an crappy workaround which needs to die. Which app in particular do you need them for, afaik all first-party ones support Modern auth now.
