PowerQuery - preview: wrong date format / locale not correctly working

Hi everyone!

A problem that is bothering me since weeks, I'm starting to go crazy on this.

I'm based in continental Europe, we use the date format dd/mm/yyyy

On one of my PCs every query I create reformats (only in the preview) the dates in mm/dd/yyyy.

Input is correct, output as well is correctly displayed in dd/mm/yyyy format.

I checked already the regional setting:

- in the PC (Italy) - via control panel
- in the PowerQuery workbook options (looks like by default it sets to US. Any change made apparently does not reflect on the preview). 

On other devices the problem does not appear, so I think it's something broken with my setup options somewhere.

Any ideas?
