No way to turn it off. It sounds so unprofessional, and the only way to stop it is to turn off ALL sound from my computer. Deleted, does that seem like a good situation to you?

The only solution was to delete it! Shame, looked promising. Oh, ClickUp now have my business.
- ComotoJCBrass ContributorComplete idiocy. Add a loud notification tone that can't be turned off. Complete utter stupidity.
- muellerfCopper ContributorHello, I had the same problem. The "mute tab" is not a feature of Planner but of whatever browser you are using. In chrome, right click on the tab with Planner and select "Mute Site". This turns off all sound. However, this needs to be redone after every launch ... not sure if there is a way to set this by default. There should simply be an option in Planner ...
- Brendan WeitzmanBrass ContributorSame problem here. "Mute tab" resolved it, but a loud and hearty BOO at whoever thought it was a good idea to turn on sounds unexpectedly in the first place. Maybe focus efforts on features people actually want!? Planner isn't a slot machine...
- SGeorgieBrass ContributorWhere is the mute tab please?
