Planner Plan WebUrl Bug?

I am posting here since this seems like more Planner bug than a Graph API bug.

The web link/webUrl provide on planner plan via the Graph API does not work for plans unless they have been recently opened in planner.  Currently non-recently opened plan urls will deposit you on the home of planner.  Following the link twice in succession, however, will result in landing on the correct plan.
