Planner is one of the most underutilized apps in Office 365

I reviewed the usage reports from our customers and was surprised to find Planner not being used more. So I started teaching champions how to use Planner and the results have been phenomenal. They love it. Anyway, I did a bit of a write up because I don't have time to teach everyone individually and the results have been fantastic.
