Personalize Office Theme

Hello all,

in the local installation of Office 365, is it possible to set different colors for the application theme?

I'm talking about the drop down menu you find in File > Options, and under Personalize your copy of Microsoft Office - Office Theme (Colorful, Dark grey, Black...).

I would like to choose other colors, to improve readability of the computers closer to the windows of the office.
