Outlook Search isue

HI All,

 

We are having a search issue in Outlook Classic. User's unable to search from shared mailbox in outlook classic. issue started last week.

 

is there any one know the fix for it? i have tried everything what normally suggested by Microsoft. i have created new machine for the user and issue is still there.

    The inability to search shared mailboxes in Outlook Classic is a recognized issue related to Microsoft’s Server Assisted Search functionality. Microsoft has formally acknowledged the problem and addressed it in recent Outlook releases, beginning with Version 2510 (Build 19328.20000) and later.

      Hi,

       

      We are on version 2512 and still having the issue. We have a ticket open with Microsoft and are waiting for their reply. i hope this will be fixed in the 2601 version.
