Outlook Organizational Theme - Varying Across Devices
Hello Msft 365 Community,
My organization has Msft 365 premium for business. I was tasked with establishing our organizational theme. I changed my outlook to a darker color and our logo goes nicely with this color. Under settings > general > appearance my options look like this:
BUT, under my manager's settings, his office color themes look like this:
(this wouldn't be a big deal as I can just click on a darker tile under "classic themes" but it doesn't show the logo or have the correct coloring of letters on the top menu bar)
Please help! I feel like I am going in circles at this point as we have the same organizational theme settings but I don't know what is different.

irritating, I know this feeling...
How are your theme configured today? Do you have multiple themes you push out or only one?Do you have "Prevent users from overriding their theme." ticked under admin.microsoft.com -> Settings -> Org settings -> Organization profile -> Custom themes
