Outlook not updating inbox
Jorge_Martinez : Please share: after you made WHAT change? Several solution approaches have been metioned if this thread. I'd love to know *which* ones actually helped.

IlDavo : File>account settings >account settings> select user account > click on change options> unselect "use cached exchange mode to download email to an outlook data file" option.
restart outlook... done.
That method worked for me.

File>account settings >account settings> select user account > click on change options> unselect "use cached exchange mode to download email to an outlook data file" option and restart outlook worked for me, as well!

I tried clicking File>account settings >account settings> select user account > change options and unchecking "use cached exchange mode," but the check mark keeps coming back whether I click apply or next. I have restarted Outlook several times and I rebooted the PC, but when I go back to the settings use exchange mode is still checked.
