Outlook Help

I apologize if this is not the right board to ask this onm there wasn't one for technical support and I cannot get a hold of a live person to help...

I currently have GoDaddy hosting my website and I am using their office 365 Outlook and paying for it when I already have Outlook in my subscription.

I want to be able to take it away from GoDaddy and bring it to just my account so I do not lose it when I move from GODaddy to another hosting company now or in the future.  I found these, but I can't find where my setting are in my GoDaddy Outlook.  I must be missing something.

If anyone could please help, that would be great! Or at least point me in the right direction to get help besides a virtual assistant that has no idea what I am requesting 🙂
