Outlook Customized Ribbon Issue
I just started my computer, opened Outlook and all my customizations in my ribbon are gone. What happened and how can I get my settings back without having to revert to a previous version? Any ideas?

- I have the same issue with Word. Cannot find anything and the ribbon is taking up much more of the screen than it used to. (Always happens when you are on a deadline and need to work efficiently!).
