Outlook Contacts - Mac

Hi, I'm working on Outlook on a Mac.

I have the contacts on Outlook on my Mac also synced to my Samsung mobile.

On the Outlook Desktop app on the Mac I have noticed an error keeps. occurring on the date modified column.

Old contacts that I have no changes to keep going to the top of the date modified list.

Is there a way to fix this error?
