Outlook calendar - Error while preparing to send sharing message

Hi,

One of our user got a subject problem, she tried to share the calendar under Outlook2013 to our colleague but got the subject error.

She use Win10, Outlook 2013 (last updated) with Exchange Online plan 1

I have tried following methods:

• online repair Office 2013 via control panel
• remove add-on item under the Outlook "Add-ins"
• using "Calendar permission" button to grant permission to user
• remove all MS office 365 credential under Credential Manager of Windows 10
