outlook 2016 strange behaviour
i have one users reported that when she tried to send one email to a colleague in the office, the email was not sent and it get stuck in the outbox folder.
the funny thing is that in the outbox folder that is (1) item but it is blank.
it only happens in the outlook but not in OWA and webmail on the smartphone.

- Open a service request...this is the kind or problems that can be solved very well by Microsoft support
