Outlook 16.84 (24030413) cannot connect to Exchange

Question

Today (or yesterday's) update to Outlook broke my connection with Exchange (on-prem).&nbsp;As soon as I reverted to 16.82.1, I was immediately able to connect.

Same problem here. I've gone back and forth multiple times. 16.82 is fine, 16.84 is completely broken. The only fix I've found so far is to revert.

That update completely killed my Outlook; it goes straight to the Error Report App. Had to remove Outlook manually and reinstall.
