Got error in outlook - Microsoft authenticator - oops something went wrong    when trying to configure o365 outlook profile   - sign in using password - prompt for authentication code - switch ...

    1. Open Authenticator App 
    2. Click on the three underline
    3. Choose Settings
    4. Make sure that App Lock is disabled
    5. Try to sign in again in outlook mobile app
