Outlook -> Generate Mail out of calendar entry

Dear guys,

 

is it possible to generate mails out of a calendar entry?

    Yes it is, i would personally create a workflow for this. If you are using O365 you can use https://emea.flow.microsoft.com/nl-nl/ . create a workflow to generate mail with content from your calendar entries.

      Hi Alex,

       

      it does work for me. Very nice!!! Is it also possible to change on the layout of that mail? Currently there is a lot of HTML-Text before the message.

        It is possible to insert code. https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/General-Flow-Discussion/Adding-HTML-to-Microsoft-Flow-Email/td-p/31812. I myself am not that much of a coder so i don't know if it's possible to remove it with other code but i'm thinking it would be.
