Online Achieve Outlook

Hello everyone, I activated the online archive for Outlook, but it turns out it's giving me more headaches than helping, as it's getting filled up. How do I deactivate the online archive and download the emails that are there? I even tried, but I lose access and goodbye emails.

I got it, but I really need to know how to download these emails in Achieve Mailboxes before I deactivate it
