They should be able to go to PowerPoint > open > OneDrive and open the file.

Alireza Rahimifarid Again, thanks. Unfortunately, it does not work. The PowerPoint app won't open OneDrive links to presentations when editing and downloading are blocked.

 

Any other ideas? Is it possible to securely share PowerPoint presentations with iPad users (no editing or downloading)?
