Onedrive for Business opening file error
Sometimes while working in my ODB folder within windows explorer I will go to open a word doc and it will give an error message: "Someone else is working in 'URL path to my ODB account and file name'...
- Sometimes SharePoint gets confused. When you open a document in a library, SharePoint (behind the scenes for OneDrive) takes out a lock on the document to stop anyone else changing it while you are editing the file. When you close the file, the lock is removed. But sometimes it isn't and you get that error... but it should go away in 10m or so when the lock expires.
