One tenant, several child organisations - administering separately

Hello guys, I have weird question: issue is, we have a large customer with lots of child organisations and they want to be in one Office 365 tenant, but they'd like to administer the organisations separately (both on user and service side). Is there a solution for this?

    our company has build a solution called Delegate365 (http://delegate365.com/) which helps in managing one Tenant with a lot of delegates required. You can sign up for a free trial and look if that fits your needs.

    There are third party tools that can offer you "management portal" type of solution, I believe Martina Grom had such. Administrative units are another way, but unfortunatelly they only work in PowerShell for now and you will have to wait for few months before they become a viable solution.

    What does the customer understand for administering each organization separtely? By the way, the answer to this requirement is that an Office 365 tenant currently does not cover this scenario
