One Drive for Business Not Launching on Windows 10

I used the Office 365 customization tool to customize office 365 and added One Drive for Business (OD4B). Installed using the customization file on Windows 10. This is in a VDI (Citrix XenDesktop) and I pushed it to all the other VDisks. 

I am trying to launch, and I am unable to launch. Nothing happens. I do not see the ONE DRIVE registry settings under HKLM\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\

What could be wrong? I checked the path also to see whether it is installed, and it shows it is installed.
