One Drive edit large pdf, some pages goes blank

I was using my IPad logged into my OneDrive account to edit my pdf file (For around 65Mb)

After few days later, I've found some page of my pdf goes blank (I highlighted some notes on my pdf)

Anything I can try to recover those blank page? as i dun want to revert the previous historical state
