One Drive API for Shared by Me

Currently, we are able to get data from Graph API for one drive "Shared with Me" but not "Shared by Me". Also, I found if share document to external user to Hotmail account or any personal account, I can't see any information in "Shared by Me" tab of One Drive.

Can you please help on this?
