Office Installation failed in macOS Catalina 10.15.6
Brand new mac running macOS Catalina 10.15.6. Went to office365 and tried to download latest version of office to install. Got "installation failed" and it gives no reason. Tried doing this twice (new download files). Any idea why? Is it incompatible with 10.15.6?

Are you trying to download from App store or directed download ?

ExcelExciting Thanks! I just tried from the app store and it worked! Do you think it's an OS incompatibility with the version on the MS website?
Not for me (OS 10.15.7) try download from apple store and direct was require os 11
