Office 365 user access

Hi,

I've recently thought that certain employees do not need access to Office 365 applications away from the office. Can we restrict their access when they're away from the organisation?

*Office 2016

*Online apps

A report showing me the current installs of Office 2016 would be great too.

Thanks,

Try Conditional Access for blocking access to Office 365 when not on a work authorised computer.

      Thanks for this.

I'll give the free trial ago, looks like what I'm after.

Conditional access is a fabulous feature, but in case you find the licensing cost prohibitive, and you happen to be using AD FS, you can also configure such restrictions via AD FS claims rules. The benefit there is that it will not add any additional cost, although it's harder to configure and maintain compared to CA.
