office 365 upgrade from 2013 to 2016 with click-to-run
Hello,
about 60 machines installed with office 365 2013 (click-to-run) and I'm in the process to go to 2016. I will intall it myself with the admin account on every machine
during the process of the 2016 installation (with click-to-run) Office 2013 is uninstalled automatically
on a test machine, after upgrading to 2016, I notice that Outlook give me the error :
"Your mailbox has been temporarily moved on Microsoft Exchange Server ..."
If I go back to 2013 (uninstall 2016 and install 2013) and start Outlook, everything is fine. Is there someting I missed?
Is there special instruction for Outlook to be done when going to Office 2016?
thanks for your help
Hi Charles-André,
Is advised that you uninstall first Office 2013 to avoid issues.
At my understand you have two Outlook versions at the same machine, that could cause that error.

The 2016 installation take care of uninstalling the 2013 version. There is only one version of Outlook on the machine. In my previous post, I should writen instead: if I uninstall 2016 and reinstall 2013 and then start Outlook, everything is fine
Hi Charles-André,
