office 365 upgrade from 2013 to 2016 with click-to-run
Hi Charles-André,
Is advised that you uninstall first Office 2013 to avoid issues.
At my understand you have two Outlook versions at the same machine, that could cause that error.
The 2016 installation take care of uninstalling the 2013 version. There is only one version of Outlook on the machine. In my previous post, I should writen instead: if I uninstall 2016 and reinstall 2013 and then start Outlook, everything is fine

Hi Charles-André,
Try the "Option 2 - Completely uninstall Office 2016 with the easy fix tool" of this article.

Hi Charles-André,
You can use both, because you have installed the two versions on the same machine at different time, it could have some parts that does not have uninstalled.
