Office 365 shortcuts "disappear"

Question

My boss is successfully setting up some Office 365 shortcuts, but when she restarts computer they are all lost.&nbsp; &nbsp;Is there a fix to this issue?&nbsp; &nbsp;I can't find anyone with a similar problem.&nbsp;

Do you know what she create shortcuts to? Is it to webpages or files or office program files?

I do not know which OS you are on but If You are on Windows 7 this could be the cause of/solution to the problem.
