office 365 on windows terminal server 2012R2.
We have a client who runs a virtual environment with virtual servers on ESXI . Some of the machines run Windows Server 2012 r2 and some W-server 2016 . Which office version of 365 is recommended...

If you want to have latest features you would need to upgrade to Windows Server 2019
For windows 2012R2 the best option would be the Office 2016 suite
