Office 365 installation taking too long time and finally not installed
Amr Khattab The Licence key should be on the sticker on the back of your PC or you could use other tools to get it out from your registery
You could also reset your PC using Windows 10 Recovery at this point because you seems to have had too many issues with this install and if you do not reset your PC then you may get other issues in the future.

Amr Khattab Ok please clarify what you have done. I would expect that you have done the following
1. System recovery to factory settings
2. Reinstalled Office 365
3. Tried to login to outlook
If you have not done these then you need to do it and then tell us if outlook has worked or not
Also, you might want to login to another computer outlook to see if you are able to login to another PC outlook or not before you do the above (in case you have not done it)

Amr Khattab Click on Windows icon on the bottom left of your PC
type 'powershell' and press entercopy and paste this in the powershell window and press enter
(Get-WmiObject -query 'select * from SoftwareLicensingService').OA3xOriginalProductKey
You should be presented with your local windows 10 key. Hope this helps.
