Office 365 Global Admins Email Notifications
I Received an email from no-reply@sharepointonline.com about a site collection running out of storage. This was sent to all of the Global Admins, which unfortunately is quite a large audience.
Is there any way of disabling these emails or only sending to a select few. Thanks

Those alerts are sent to every SC admin, so I'm guessing in your case the "Company administrator" principal is added to the list of SC admins for that site. I'm not aware of any way to exclude specific admins from such notifications, so perhaps you should check whether it's intended for all GAs (the "Company administrator" entry) to be added as SC admin.
Sorry your reply doesn't make any sense - It was sent to all GA's as well as a different email for SCs that I do not care about as its useful as an SC to know this information. It surprised me that all GAs were informed of a single site collection
Is there a way of only sending this to SCs then or to disabled only for a select few to receive
