Office 365 Customization

Hi,

 

I would like to know if we can customize Office 365 to add one more application that will appear in Office.com portal. In that application, I would like to create some pages and show the data, from which I should be able to search all the documents that my organization (people) have stored in email, teams, one drive etc.

    If you mean the landing page, no, you cannot customize that. You can add the app and users will be able to add/pin it to their App Launcher.

      The way Apps are shown in the Home page of the Office 365 Portal and in the App Launcher is evolving and it displays apps most used by the user...Microsoft Graph is the one who "knows" what Apps to show and in what order and as Vasil has said, there is no way "to place" your custom Apps there
