  Hi,
  I got mail from Microsoft team.
  In which they mentioned we need to follow WOPI documentation to create WOPI host. Once we are confident about implementing it, we need to ask them for test environment to test integration for that they asked some information.
  I didn't proceed on it.

    I don't there is any other way to register for it. You can try again or raise concern to Microsoft support team.
