Office 365 Calendar adding 12 hours to calendar in Outlook 2016

Have you check the region and time zone settings on Outlook Web App? sorry the screenshot shows the page in spanish, but you'll get the point.

Thanks. That was the reason.
The strange thing is that the global setting in Office 365 has set the timezone to UK. Why would this be different in an individiual's setting?

- Llywelyn MorganOct 13, 2016Iron ContributorThat makes sense, but there must be a way of setting it so that all users have the same default timezone as the general admin settings of Office 365 (which we have set to UK time).
It is a very difficult process to get 200 staff, and 150 students to change their timezone settings!
