Office 365 and Firewalls
Hello everybody, I have a question regarding certified firewall appliances for Office 365. I have heard that Palo Alto Networks has some suitable appliances. In detail I mean that the firewall appliances learns the Office 365 routes automatically and the ports you have to keep open for the Office 365 services. Are there any vendors or appliances you would recommend? Thanks in advance for your help! :-)

Good question.
I don't think that Microsoft keeps a list, as this is specifically a service provided individualy by some networking hardware vendors. With Palo Alto Networks, you're referring to the Office 365 support in the Aperture service? https://www.paloaltonetworks.com/documentation/aperture/aperture/aperture_guide/secure-cloud-apps/begin-scanning-microsoft-office-365-apps
As an aside, there's a great updated list of Office 365 URLs & IPs here that track changes and you can subscribe via RSS. https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Office-365-URLs-and-IP-address-ranges-8548a211-3fe7-47cb-abb1-355ea5aa88a2?ui=en-US&rs=en-US&ad=US
That's not as fancy/easy as the scanning service though.
Wonder if Aperture re-scans for changes of if you have to manually intiate a new scan?
