Office 365 A1 faculty and students subscription disabled

Hi,

My schools organization subscription has been saying pending for a couple weeks now. Our accounts has been disabled now. Is there any way to get the free licenses for the faculty and students for the school.I am one of the assigned admins for the school to try and get this sorted out.I included some pics of the what the account is saying.

Thank you

John L

    Hey Jnelw1 ,

Actually your subscription was a trail version. Generally '.edu' domain are eligible for free Office 365 A1 which is free. They will automatically verify it if you have a '.edu' domain and also there's a other domain category. It's based on your country edu domain system. Like '.edu.your country' , edu.bd , edu.jo , edu.tw ,etc and If you dont have any domain like these category . Simply contact to the support from your Office 365 Admin Panel or contact a local CSP (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/solution-providers/home ) . They will help you!

We have the same issue and it says it is due to new regulations by the Reserve Bank of India. It is not trail version and we have been using this for more than 18 months now. When I try to reactive it says

Your read permissions do not allow you to make all changes on this page. We are not able to schedule online classes because of this!

  • You probably want to contact your local Microsoft representatives (or Billing support).
