O365 OWA Search Issues?

Hello Everyone

 

We have had a number of our staff submit cases regarding the fact that the search field in OWA is only returning emails up to and including last wednesday April 26, and is not looking past it when ALL is selected as a date range.

 

Has anyone else had reports of search problems?  My version of OWA is currently prem/16.1753.9.2292086.

    I can confirm I have the issue as well that when I search I only see 25 results. Is this an actual issue or has this been done on purpose by Microsoft?

      In talking with support, and stepping them through the issue and capturing all network traffic they are treating it as a bug, and have sent it to engineering to look into.

       

      If any of your users are complaining that they cannot search, put in a service ticket.

  • I can reproduce this problem too...just tested in my corporate tenant and search results only return e-mail messages from the 27th of April...something is not right in EXO

      I can get results before  27th of April, however it seems that hey limited the number of results to 25.

        Yes I can confirm the problem is that they are only returning 25 results, and there is no option to select more.

  • Seems to work fine here. But if you can reliably reproduce the issue, open a support case.
