O365 Migration from on Prem - Category / Color Labels
I am planning a migration from On-Prem Exchange Server 2010 to O365. Users are using category / Color labels on the shared mailboxes. The concern is will those emails have the same labels still in place after the migration.
The plan is to do a cutover migration without ay 3rd party tool. however, I am ready for alternatives methods.

Depends on the migration method. Hybrid/minimal hybrid/cutover via remote moves should all preserve them just fine.
