O365 Migrated Emails going to SPAM in Gmail

We migrated few pilot users. And when some them sending emails to external, going to SPAM Folders in Gmail. Example I have 2 test mailboxes and if I email from test 1, it goes to gmail inbox and from test 2 it goes to SPAM folder in gmail.  Added an SPF record  include:spf.protection.outlook.com

Still the Same.  Any inputs ?

  • We have the same issue. Domain is clean, SPF and DMARC are set up. Emails go to gmail spam. They were NOT doing this before switching to O365.

  • this problem occured for me, i dony any fix find this problem. Valued experts Can you throw a hand at the subject ?

  • Have a look at https://social.technet.microsoft.com/wiki/contents/articles/36796.enabling-dkim-in-office-365-for-custom-domains.aspx

  • There can be a variety of reasons for such behavior, and you are not giving us much to work for. Apart from SPF, you might need to configure DKIM/DMARC. And at the very least, you need to check the headers on one of the affected messages. In any case, best thing to do is open a support case and have this investigated.
