NPO & O365

Morning - how do i find my Tenant and login credentials to our NPO?

it's possible on of our ex members setup a trial period with O365 and now we don't know how to access the Portal to check our subscription, add our custom domain, buy licenses???

 

Please help!

    Hi, do you know your tenant name and who opened the tenant? If not it might be difficult to find. If you know the tenant name but don't know who opened it (and maybe its not someone from your company) you need to go through a Microsoft support case.

      HI Martina,

       

      Thanks for reply - the organization name is 4Change foundation, so the name should read

      1. 4change.co.za

      2. 4change.onmicrosoft.com

       

      Does that help, or do I still have to go through Microsoft?

        if you don't have any login data you need to go through Microsoft support as they need to prove your eleigibility to access the tenant.
