need help !! cant change my page size on WORD it stucks on 75% what can i do ???

I tried various methods, and the only one that worked for me was resetting Word to its default format settings. I found two suggested methods online: the first was to replace the default Word template, but that didn't work for me. The second method involved removing the Word key from the registry, which successfully resolved the issue.

Close all Microsoft Office programs to ensure no settings are being used or updated during the reset process.

1. Press Windows key + R to open the Run dialog box and type "regedit" to open the Registry Editor.
2. Navigate to the appropriate Word registry key for your version of Word (e.g., HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Word for Word 2016 and later).
3. Delete the Word key by right-clicking it and selecting "Delete". Confirm the deletion when prompted.
